Implemented location-based and time-sensitive adjustments to optimize Campaign daily budget allocation and avoid wasted clicks.

Bid strategy - fixed "Max CPC instead of Max Conversion" to gain wider visibility and top ad placements, balancing reach with cost control.

Fixed broad match keywords since exact match keywords narrow down the reach. But identified correct set of keywords based on the property and added correct set of negative keywords list (rent related keywords and other unwanted properties list keywords)

Tried & tested many sets of audience list & finally fixed correct Audience Segment ( Real Estate) and for the Display ads placement, added (Indian Express) for brand awareness. Initially added many news websites but based on the CTR & conversions fixed IE.

Enhanced landing page with key information, relevant images, YouTube video embed, and improved mobile responsiveness to boost user experience and conversion rates. It resulted in a 100% mobile friendly landing page.

Being at the first 4 positions - many competitors (9 - 10) run Google Ads for the top of the ads result. With the average and above average quality score, perfect landing page, ad copies with excellent ad strength, and above average ad relevance made our ads at the top of the page.
