Sree Karpagamoorthy Motors (SKMM) is one of the most authorized dealers Of Kia Motors India, situated in Tiruchirappalli and Tanjore that has a world-class facility. SKMM is part of the Sree Karpagamoorthy Agencies and Sundaravalli Motors Group of Companies and are pioneers in the Automotive business for 40 years. People search on Google and believe in online reviews these days in order to buy the best vehicle/ visit any showroom physically.

They collaborated  with Internest Agency to promote their business profile on Google and improve their search visibility that made an increase in the customer walk-ins to both the showrooms. (Trichy and Tanjore). We onboarded & got into the project in the month of (MAY 2021 ) and we did the audit for both the locations – Trichy & Tanjore to make sure that the published pieces of information are right & accurate.

Initial Audit & Expansion

We did the initial audit by cross-checking the clients and optimized the profile with the right information.

Then we did a brief keyword research according to their business products and how the people in Trichy and Tanjore are searching for it. It helped us to pick the exact search terms. We made use of those high search keywords in the business name and description. This made the business to attain the top ranking in the 3 pack result. We verified and cross-checked the address, map pointer, short name and website URL. Next, our primary and secondary category was the important factor in the GMB. We fixed the proper and exact business categories that let the people interact easily.

After COVID, for many business locations, phone numbers were not published on Google. Hence, we decided to clear the ‘phone number’ issue for both Trichy and Tanjore branches. Our team made efforts to talk to the Google support continuously and solved the issue by updating the official phone number on Google live. We also suggested the team members tell the official business number to their customers. This optimization made a huge impact as it was a clear guide to the customers. It reflected in the search and enabled a higher chance of ranking of the show rooms among the customers.

A Review - Made Easy

The online review helps in reviewing a business-standard. We increased the number of reviews by creating a short review link (gpage). The business link is sent to the existing customers to share their experiences. This helps to collect the feedback and attain better standards for the business. Our utmost priority is customer satisfaction and this short review link is of great aid for the customers as they click the link and get straight into the review section to express their views about our business.

Performance After Optimization

Our collective efforts expressed better optimization which resulted in the success of the business. It improved the metrics including Google discovery searches, phone calls, website visits, direction requests, map views, photo views & branded searches in 3 months for both the showrooms in Trichy and Tanjore.

Creating profiles

We have built backlink profiles in the car-related categories in order to promote their quality reputation to the customers. This registration of the showroom profile helps to increase the business performance on Google for both the branches and make more valuable customers.

Highlighting GMB Products

We make sure that all the products are displayed on the website at the right time. We have updated  3 GMB products- KIA Sonet, KIA Seltos, and KIA Carnival for both the showrooms with product descriptions on the website. The product descriptions are written with suitable keywords to increase the business reputation. This improved individual product rankings in search of location-based ( Trichy & Tanjore ) queries. It helped the customers to view their premium products and know more about them. Also, we improved the rankings for the following keywords (Kia showroom in Trichy, Kia showroom in Thanjavur).

A Clear Path for Customers

A piece of official business information is the key to guide the customers in the right way. There were duplicate business listings for both the branches. This confused the customers and had huge difficulties in reaching the business. To avoid this kind of situation, we decided to remove these duplicate listings. We continuously followed with Google support and fixed the issue with a lot of burden on our shoulders.  We sent the mail regularly and scheduled many calls with Google to fix this issue. Our continuous effort resulted in creating a clear path to direct the customers correctly to their needs and desires respectively and avoid the confusion.

We sustain our authenticity by giving immediate replies to the customer’s message. This creates a sense of trust between the business and the customers.

Facebook Ads

We created new separate Facebook pages for both Trichy and Thanjavur showrooms and developed them. At first, Facebook refused to accept the Thanjavur page name, so we made efforts to talk with the Facebook support team, and after a very long struggle, they decided to alter it. We were continuously uploading the page with the Images of the KIA Delivery vehicles and customer reviews on Facebook & Instagram to make the customers connected with the business every time and the trust remains to exist.

The client will provide special day posters, such as new offers offered in the company. We will alter the address and publish the posts properly on the page so that the offers will be known to the customers at the right time. It helped our customers to know more about the offers regularly in the business (Trichy and Tanjore). We create post descriptions, relevant hashtags and the contents we publish will be engaged with the people and give more information in order to make them buy the cars.

We ran multiple Facebook campaigns and got 200+ leads. There were 20 conversions from the leads that we have obtained. We set the location closer to the target so that it would target the high-end people and exact customers.
